ABOUT US

tiga dunia pratama was build from our concern to experiences that we had, as users in various industries,

where we had  slightly problems with our subcontractors, which did not quite fulfill of our requirements.

We found that, recruitment process in our subcontractors was not properly managed in correct way.

It was also shown in:

• minimum standard requirement employees ;

• low skilled employees ;

• High number of employee’s turn over ;

• etc  ;

By that, through our Mixed experiences, we found a correct formula how to recruit employees especially for low to middle level in manufacturing industries.
